Meraki Beauty Therapy is based in the stunning Chateau Marlborough Hotel in central Blenheim, offering blissful beauty treatments in a secluded and relaxing environment.

While we endeavour to get our clients in as quickly as possible, bookings are generally essential. Please use the calendar below to book your next pamper session.

BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We now require a credit or debit card to proceed with your booking.

This is NOT charged (except in the case of a no-show) and you will still pay in store with your preferred method.

An email reminder is sent 5 days prior to your appointment, it contains a link to change or cancel, you'll also receive a text reminder the day prior.

Bookings can be altered up to 48 hours prior to your appointment via the link in your confirmation email. Changes made after receiving your text reminder at 9am the day prior will incur a 50% charge of the total booking cost.

No shows and cancellations made within 6 hours of your appointment time will be billed the full amount of the missed appointment, which must be paid prior to future bookings being accepted.

Cancellations or changes to appointments are not accepted through social media - a call, email or text is expected.

Gift vouchers may confirm bookings with the code on voucher, and the above policies apply.

Gift Vouchers are valid for the issued amount, not the treatment stated, as prices are subject to change.

Strictly no refunds on gift voucher sales.

Goods cannot be returned for change of mind. Faulty items will follow the Consumer Guarantees Act.
